Taste, Texture, flavour and usage instructions
Rich wholesome Nutty taste. Moderately soft and has moderate rolling ability. Rotis may feel slightly firmer compared to wheat varieties. It is recommended to eat chapatis fresh as they are cooked and it may not be good for storage and eating later. For softer chapati you may add more wheat atta but it will change the composition.
