Our High Calcium Multigrain Atta is a blend made with Soya+ Chickpeas+Ragi mix (70%) , Wheat (25%), Sesame seeds (5%). This calcium-rich atta supports bone strength, daily protein needs, and natural nutrition for the whole family. A nutritious blend of soya for high-quality plant protein, chickpeas for fibre and satiety, ragi (finger millet), naturally rich in calcium for bone strength, whole wheat for balanced energy, and sesame seeds, an additional calcium and mineral booster, crafted for everyday rotis that support strength, digestion, and long-term nutrition.

Taste, Texture, flavour and usage instructions

Naturally dense texture slightly Nutty and Earthy taste.Easy to roll in general but slightly firmer in comparison to wheat chapati. Rotis may feel slightly firmer compared to wheat varieties. It is recommended to eat chapatis fresh as they are cooked and it may not be good for storage and eating later. In case you want softer chapatis, then you may consider adding more wheat atta to it, it will change the composition of calcium though..
