With an estimated Glycemic index of 26.3 and a Glycemic load of 12.7.A diabetic-friendly flour made with soyabean, barley, black chana, and bajra (65%) for low-GI carbs, high fiber, and plant protein, blended with whole wheat (20%) for structure, seeds and peanuts for healthy fats, and psyllium husk (2%) to slow glucose absorption, supporting blood sugar control, satiety, and sustained energy.

It has diabetic friendly formulations, fortified with nutrients, has lower GI & GL because of limited use of gluten grains. Ideal for PCOS conditions as well.
Taste, Texture, flavour and usage instructions
Mild and neutral taste. Moderately soft and has moderate rolling ability. Since it has very less gluten, It is recommended to knead in warm water let it rest and roll between sheets or hand.Rotis will be firm and not stretchy compared to wheat varieties. It is recommended to eat chapatis fresh as they are cooked and it may not be good for storage and eating later. You may add more wheat flour for softness but ith will change its GI and GL composition completely.
